Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Supercore ("Supercore", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites, our mobile games, and related services (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to the practices described here. This policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

1. Who we are

Supercore is a mobile game studio. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Supercore is the controller of personal data processed through the Services. You can reach us at info@supercore.gs.

2. Information we collect

We collect the minimum we need to run and improve our games.

3. How we use information

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Our website uses only the cookies necessary for it to function. Our games use SDK-based identifiers rather than browser cookies. You can control advertising identifiers in your device settings: on iOS through App Tracking Transparency and on Android through the ads settings.

5. Third-party SDKs and links

Our games may include SDKs from third-party providers for analytics, install attribution, and advertising. These providers process data under their own privacy policies. Our websites and games may also link to external sites we do not operate; we are not responsible for their privacy practices.

6. Payments

All purchases in our games are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms and privacy policies. We receive confirmation that a transaction occurred, never your payment instrument.

7. How we share information

We do not sell personal information.

8. International transfers

We are based in the European Union. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

9. Your rights

Where the GDPR applies, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@supercore.gs. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

10. Opting out of personalized advertising

You can limit or reset your advertising identifier in your device settings at any time. Where our games offer an in-game privacy option, you can also manage consent there.

11. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, and then delete or anonymize it. Support correspondence and transaction records may be kept longer where the law requires it.

12. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, or under the applicable age of digital consent in the EU (up to 16 in some countries). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below those ages. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact info@supercore.gs and we will delete it.

14. California residents

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act. Requests can be made at info@supercore.gs.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above always reflects the latest version, and material changes will be announced through the Services.
