Privacy Policy

Please also review our Terms of Service, which take effect on the same date as this Privacy Policy and into which this policy is incorporated by reference.

1. Purpose

This Privacy Policy explains the online and offline information practices of Supercore ("Supercore", "we", "us"): the kinds of information we may collect, how we intend to use, store, protect, disclose, and share that information, and how you can opt out of a use or correct or change such information.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed by Supercore in the course of our business, including on Supercore websites (each a "Site"), our mobile games and applications, and any other online or offline offerings we operate now or in the future (together, the "Services"). Everyone whose responsibilities include processing personal information on behalf of Supercore is expected to protect that data by adhering to this Privacy Policy.

This policy is intended to meet requirements globally, including in Europe, North America, and other jurisdictions. By visiting, installing, using, or otherwise accessing the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and to our Terms of Service. Please do not install or use the Services if you do not agree to them. Supercore is not responsible for the actions of third parties, the content of their sites, the use of information you provide to them, or any services they may offer. We may modify this Privacy Policy; the effective date above always reflects the latest version, and your continued use of the Services means you accept the changes.

3. Types of personal information we collect and how we use it

The types of personal information we may collect, directly from you or from third-party sources, depend on the nature of your relationship with Supercore and the requirements of applicable law. Our primary goals in collecting information are to provide and improve our Services, to administer your use of the Services, and to enable you to enjoy and easily navigate them. We endeavor to collect only information that is relevant for the purposes of processing.

3.1 Information from platforms and connected third-party applications

If you install our games or use the Services through a third-party platform such as Apple, Google, or Amazon, or connect the Services to a third-party application or social network, we may receive certain information about you from that provider. What we receive depends on the platform and your privacy settings there. It may include your user identifier or player name, profile picture or its URL, language, region, time zone, and, where you connect a social account, the identifiers of friends who also use the Services.

When you use the Services on a mobile device, we may collect and record device information such as your device identifiers (persistent or non-persistent), Identifier for Advertising (IDFA) or Advertising ID, device model, CPU, amount of RAM and disk space, hardware type, operating system and version, device name, Game Center or Google Play Games identifier, and your approximate location based on your Internet Protocol (IP) address. This information helps us troubleshoot and understand usage trends.

As part of payment processing through third parties, Supercore does not collect, store, or use personally identifiable payment information such as your name, address, credit card number, or bank account data. We have no access to your payment instruments. Third-party payment processors may share non-financial information with us related to your purchases, such as the items purchased, to fulfill your order.

You can manage the information we receive from a third-party platform through that platform’s own settings, and you can review app permissions in your device settings. If you access our Services from a third-party application, you should also read that application’s terms of service and privacy policy.

3.2 Information collected directly from you

• Account registration. If our games offer accounts, we may ask you to submit information such as a player name, email address, password, and profile information.
• Communications with us. When you request information, customer or technical support, or otherwise communicate with us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your email address and the content of your message.
• Reviews and feedback. If you share comments about our games, the information you provide is given voluntarily, and we may use it to improve our products and Services consistent with this policy.
• Contests and promotions. If we run contests, we ask entrants for contact information such as an email address, which may be used to reach you about the contest and, with an opt-out always available, for promotional purposes.
• Public areas. If the Services ever include publicly accessible community features and you choose to post there, the content you submit is public and is not subject to the privacy protections in this policy.

3.3 Automated data collection

We, or service providers acting on our behalf such as analytics providers, may store log files and use tracking technologies such as cookies, software development kit (SDK) identifiers, web beacons, and tracking pixels. Through these we may automatically collect your IP address, cookie identifiers, mobile advertising identifiers such as the IDFA or Advertising ID, device type, operating system and version, model, hardware type, browser type and language, internet service provider, the pages or screens you visit before, during, and after using the Services, the date and time of your visit, the amount of time spent, gameplay events such as levels played, progress, purchases of virtual items, and session length, crash logs, and other usage information. In some cases we connect this information with your player identifier, device identifier, or advertising identifier.

3.4 Information submitted via the Services

You agree that Supercore is free to use the content of any communications you submit through the Services, including any ideas, inventions, concepts, techniques, or know-how disclosed in them, for any purpose, including developing and marketing the Services. We will not release your name or publicize that you submitted materials unless you give us permission, we notify you first that your submission will be published with your name, or we are required to do so by law.

3.5 Ad networks

Our games may feature advertising. Advertisers and ad networks may collect and use information such as performance and contextual game data (for example your session activity, level, and session length), aggregated or de-identified information not intended to identify you, and technical information such as device identifiers, Advertising ID, and IP address. Ad networks may use this information to provide interest-based or targeted advertisements to you. Section 6 of this policy describes how to opt out.

3.6 Social features and widgets

Our Sites may include social media features such as share buttons or embedded widgets. These features may collect your IP address and the page you are visiting, and may set a cookie to function properly. They are hosted by the relevant third party or directly on the Services, and your interactions with them are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing them.

4. How we use your information

We collect, store, use, and process personal information for a variety of business purposes, including to:

• Operate, improve, optimize, and balance our games and other Services.
• Create game accounts, save progress, and allow you to play.
• Personalize the Services and understand our players and their preferences.
• Provide access to particular areas, functionalities, and features.
• Send confirmations, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages.
• Notify you about in-game updates, new products, rewards, events, or promotional offers, with an opt-out always available for marketing communications.
• Send push notifications where you have allowed them; you may opt out at any time in your device settings.
• Enable players to interact where the Services include social features.
• Respond to your comments and inquiries and provide customer support.
• Prevent fraud, cheating, and potentially prohibited or illegal activities, and protect our players.
• Measure interest in the Services, ensure internal quality control, and verify identity where necessary.
• Measure the performance of our marketing campaigns.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We may also create anonymized and aggregated information, such as de-identified demographic or usage information, and use it for research, internal analysis, analytics, and any other legally permissible purpose. Anonymized or aggregated information is not personal information, and we may share it in a form designed to prevent anyone from identifying you.

5. Cookies, pixels, analytics, and targeted advertising

We, and third parties providing content, advertising, or other functionality on our Services, may use cookies, pixel tags, SDK identifiers, and similar technologies to collect information automatically. Our uses of such technologies fall into these general categories:

• Operationally necessary: required for the operation and security of the Services, including identifying irregular behavior and preventing fraud.
• Performance-related: assessing how the Services perform and how they are used, as part of our analytics.
• Functionality-related: remembering your settings and preferences.
• Advertising-related: delivering and measuring ads relevant to your interests, including whether you clicked an advertisement.

Our website itself uses only the cookies necessary for it to function, plus Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-preserving measurement service that does not use persistent identifiers or track individuals across sites. Where our games use third-party analytics, the provider processes usage information on our behalf; where IP anonymization is available, we enable it. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, though parts of a Site may then not work properly. On mobile devices, you can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings at any time, which prevents the continued use of behavioral data tied to the previous identifier.

6. Third-party websites, platforms, and SDKs

The Services may contain links to websites and applications we do not control, and other sites may link to ours. We do not endorse, screen, or approve, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices or content of such other websites or applications; you visit them at your own risk. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of every website and application you interact with.

Our games may include SDKs from third-party providers for analytics, install attribution, and advertising, which process data under their own privacy policies.

7. Third-party payment processing

We may sell virtual items through the Services. Payments are processed by third-party applications, including the Apple App Store and Google Play (together, "App Stores"). The App Store may collect financial information from you to process a payment on our behalf, including your name, email address, and billing information. App Stores do not share that financial information with us.

8. How we may disclose your information

• Other players. Where the Services include social features such as leaderboards or profiles, other players may see your player name, profile data, in-game activities, achievements, and scores.
• Service providers. We share information with providers of IT and related services, analytics, payment processing, customer service, and other services performed on our behalf, under contracts that prohibit them from using or sharing personal information except as necessary to perform the contracted services or comply with law.
• Business partners. We may share personal information with business partners and affiliates for our internal business purposes or to provide Services you have requested, under written obligations of confidentiality and limited use.
• Advertising and measurement partners. As described in section 3.5, advertising partners may collect performance data, technical identifiers, and contextual game data within our Services to measure and deliver interest-based advertising.
• Disclosures to protect us or others. We may access, preserve, and disclose your information if we believe doing so is required or appropriate to comply with law enforcement or national security requests and legal process, to respond to your requests, to protect rights, property, or safety, to enforce our policies or contracts, to collect amounts owed to us, or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual illegal activity. Server logs, which contain IP addresses, may be reviewed for security purposes and shared with law enforcement in connection with investigations of unauthorized activity.
• Merger, sale, or other asset transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of assets, or transition of the Services to another provider, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction as permitted by law and contract; we will endeavor to require the recipient to use it consistently with this policy.

We do not sell personal information.

9. International transfer

We are based in the European Union. Personal information collected via the Services may be stored and processed in the European Union, and by our service providers in other countries, including the United States and in cloud infrastructure. Laws vary between jurisdictions, so the privacy laws applicable where your information is stored or processed may differ from those where you live. Where personal information is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

10. Opt out and your choices

• Consent withdrawal. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time by emailing info@supercore.gs, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Even after you opt out, we may still collect and use anonymized, non-personal information about your activity, and certain records, such as those relating to payments or customer service, are retained for legal and accounting purposes.
• Email. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. You will continue to receive transaction-related emails about Services you requested.
• Push notifications. Opt out at any time in your device settings.
• Cookies. Manage or delete cookies through your browser settings.
• Targeted advertising. Reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings (App Tracking Transparency on iOS, ads settings on Android). You can also use industry opt-out tools such as those of the Network Advertising Initiative and the Digital Advertising Alliance; these tools are operated by third parties, not by Supercore, and must be exercised on each device and browser.

11. Rights of access, rectification, erasure, and restriction

You have the right to request access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, the right to object, and the right to data portability. The right to object applies to all processing described in this policy; unlike an objection to direct marketing, which we always honor, other objections require grounds relating to your particular situation.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@supercore.gs with your full name, player or device identifier where applicable, the email address associated with your request, and a description of your request. Requests are processed in line with applicable law. Although we make good-faith efforts to provide access, there may be circumstances in which we cannot, for example where information is legally privileged or where access would compromise the privacy or rights of others. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Delete your data

You can delete your account and the personal data associated with it at any time, in two ways:

• In the game: open Settings and tap Delete My Account. Your account and its associated data are deleted; the game may ask you to confirm because this cannot be undone.
• By email: write to support@supercore.gs from the address linked to your account, or include your player identifier, and we will delete your data and confirm by reply.

Some records are kept after deletion where the law requires it, for example purchase records for accounting purposes, as described in section 12.

12. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above and to comply with our legal obligations, and then delete or anonymize it.

13. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security against breaches.

14. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, or under the applicable age of digital consent in the EU (up to 16 in some countries), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children below those ages. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact info@supercore.gs and we will delete it. Parents who have provided consent for a minor’s use of the Services may revoke it at any time by the same route.

15. California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing. Requests can be made at info@supercore.gs.

16. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may revise this policy from time to time. The effective date above always reflects the latest version, and material changes will be announced through the Services.

17. Contact and data controller

Supercore is the controller of personal data processed through the Services under the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
