1. Terms of Service for use of Supercore websites and services

Before engaging with any website ("Site") or mobile games, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Supercore ("Supercore", "Company", "we", "us"), it is important that you thoroughly read and understand the following Terms of Service agreement ("Agreement" or "Terms of Service").

2. Terms and binding effect

This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Supercore. By accessing the Site or any Services provided by Supercore, you acknowledge your acceptance of these Terms of Service. Supercore reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at its sole discretion without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on the Site, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Your continued use of the Services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the changes.

This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings between you and Supercore concerning its subject matter, and governs your use of the Site, its content, and any products or services provided through the Services.

In the event of a breach of these Terms of Service, Supercore reserves the right to take appropriate action, including the termination of your account and access to the Services.

3. Privacy

To deliver the Services effectively, Supercore may require certain information from you. Your privacy is important, and we handle your information according to our Privacy Policy. Please refer to it for details on how your information is collected, used, and managed, and the options available to you regarding your data.

4. Age of users

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services, or older where local law sets a higher minimum age. Users between 13 and 18 (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) require the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Services. By providing consent for your child to use the Services, you agree to these Terms on their behalf and to the terms governing their usage. Supercore advises parents to monitor their child’s online activities and use of the Services closely. Parents who wish to revoke previously given consent should have the child discontinue use of, and disconnect from, the Services.

Supercore disclaims responsibility for activities conducted by individuals under the age of 13, with or without parental permission.

5. Description of Sites and Services

Supercore operates online mobile gaming services, websites, and mobile applications designed to provide and enhance user gaming experiences. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including features, virtual items, and events, subject to section 7 and applicable law.

6. Your obligations

By using the Sites and Services, you agree to:

• Use the Services only through authorized means.
• Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and with these Terms of Service.
• Refrain from harassing, threatening, or abusing other players.
• Avoid using offensive or inappropriate language.
• Abstain from unlawful communication or activities.
• Comply with reasonable requests from Supercore regarding your behavior.
• Refrain from cheating, hacking, or disrupting the Services in any manner.
• Avoid transmitting viruses or malicious code.
• Maintain the integrity of the Services and respect other users’ privacy.
• Use only your own payment method for transactions within the Services.
• Abstain from using Supercore’s trademarks or intellectual property without authorization.

Supercore reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you fail to comply with these obligations or engage in unlawful activities.

7. Payment obligations

7.1 Virtual items

You may purchase virtual items within the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. Virtual items are licensed, not sold; they remain the property of Supercore, are subject to our management and control, have no real-world value, and are not redeemable for money. Supercore reserves the right to modify or revoke access to virtual items at any time without liability, subject to applicable law.

7.2 Fees, refunds, and return policy

Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms. All sales made through the Services are final, and refunds or exchanges are not provided unless required by law or by the applicable app store’s refund policy. Upon termination of your account or the Services, unused virtual items are forfeited without compensation, except where law provides otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Prohibited uses

Supercore prohibits certain activities on its Sites and Services, including:

• Unauthorized access to the Services or circumvention of security or access controls.
• Use of the Services for illegal purposes.
• Modifying, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise interfering with the Services, except where the law permits it despite this restriction.
• Unauthorized transfers or sales of accounts or virtual items.
• Use of bots, automation, or third-party software to modify or interfere with the Services.
• Hosting, or providing unauthorized access to, Supercore’s games or applications.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in the termination of your account and legal action.

9. Use of software

9.1 User content

When using the Services, you agree to abide by applicable laws and respect the intellectual property rights of others. You are responsible for any content you provide or transmit through the Services and must not infringe third-party rights. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation.

9.2 Limited license to use the Services

Supercore grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any unauthorized use of the Services is strictly prohibited, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9.3 Suspension and termination of account and Services

Supercore reserves the right to limit, suspend, terminate, modify, or delete accounts or access to the Services if users violate these Terms of Service or make illegal or improper use of the Services, or if we discontinue the Services. On termination, your license ends and virtual items are forfeited, except where law provides otherwise.

10. Copyright infringement

Supercore takes copyright infringement seriously. The Services and everything in them, including software, art, design, audio, and trademarks, belong to Supercore or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. If you believe your rights have been violated by content in the Services, notify us promptly at info@supercore.gs with enough detail for us to assess and address the claim.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supercore will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. To the same extent, our total liability for all claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and fifty euros. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings where you live.
