Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, mobile games, and related services (together, the "Services") operated by Supercore ("Supercore", "we", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Services you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be announced through the Services.

2. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information and is part of these Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services, or older where local law sets a higher minimum age. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

4. The Services

The Services include free and paid mobile games and their content. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including features, virtual items, and events, subject to section 7 and applicable law.

5. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own non-commercial entertainment. All other rights are reserved.

6. Rules of conduct

When using the Services you agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, automation, or unauthorized third-party software that modifies or interferes with the Services.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services, except where the law permits it despite this restriction.
• Buy, sell, or transfer accounts or virtual items outside the Services.
• Interfere with the operation of the Services or circumvent security or access controls.
• Use the Services for anything unlawful, infringing, or abusive.

7. Virtual items and purchases

Games may offer virtual items or currency. Virtual items are licensed to you, not sold; they have no real-world value, are not redeemable for money, and may be modified or discontinued as the game evolves. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms.

Except where required by law or by the applicable app store’s refund policy, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer, including rights of withdrawal where they apply.

8. Intellectual property

The Services and everything in them, including software, art, design, audio, and trademarks, belong to Supercore or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation.

If you believe content in the Services infringes your rights, contact info@supercore.gs with enough detail for us to assess the claim.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supercore will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. To the same extent, our total liability for all claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and fifty euros. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Services. On termination, your license ends and virtual items are forfeited, except where law provides otherwise.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings where you live.
